1. Who we are

webinice is a SaaS tool that allows users to create, translate and publish static websites – powered by AI.

2. Use of the service

Business customers only. The service is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Sec. 14 BGB (German Civil Code). By registering and using the service, you confirm that you are acting for purposes relating to your trade or self-employed professional activity and that you are not a consumer within the meaning of Sec. 13 BGB. We reserve the right to request proof of your business status and to deny or terminate access if such proof is not provided.

Accuracy of customer data. You warrant that all information you provide — in particular company name, business and billing address and VAT ID (or comparable tax number) — is correct, complete and up to date. You agree to notify us promptly of any changes. You acknowledge that you alone are responsible for taxes, fines or damages resulting from incomplete or incorrect information.

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The following is prohibited:

• Uploading illegal, harmful or infringing content
• Unauthorised access to systems or data
• Sharing your login details or enabling use by third parties

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

3. Your content

You retain full ownership of the content and projects you upload (texts, images, configurations). By using the service, you grant us the right to process your content for the purpose of providing the service. Your data is not used to train AI models or for other purposes.

4. Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

All prices and conditions are listed on our website. Refunds are subject to our refund policy.

5. Availability and changes

We strive for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be changed at any time to improve functionality or security.

6. Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the accuracy of generated content or third-party data. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is available on our website. We will announce material changes in an appropriate manner.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
